CFO and Vice President of Finance
James joined CTDI in April of 2015 and currently serves as the CFO and Vice President of Finance.
His main focus is managing CTDI’s balance sheet, financial planning and analysis, cash management, debt strategy, inventory management, procurement, fixed assets, as well as the financial management for LinkAmerica and Trillion Communications.
Prior to joining CTDI, James held a number of accounting, financial, and operational roles in publicly traded, venture backed and privately held companies. He began his career at Deloitte & Touché where he was responsible for managing audit engagements focused in manufacturing, financial services and healthcare. James has a BS and MBA from LaSalle University and is a CPA.
James has over 26 years of executive, accounting, finance and operational experience. He has been able to assist companies grow both their top-line and bottom-line numbers. He has SEC, private equity and entrepreneurial experience. He also has industry experience included but not limited to manufacturing, healthcare, technology, financial services, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, real estate, manufacturing, government contracting, retail, education and non-profits.
In addition to working at CTDI, James has held teaching positions at the Graduate School level (MBA) since 1998 at LaSalle University and Delaware Valley University since 2010. James is active in the community sitting on both for-profit and non-profit Boards including Bucks County Workforce Investment Board, Bucks County Economic Development Advisory Board, Doylestown Athletic Association, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catechist, Fieldstone Place HOA, Northampton Building Solutions, Trillion Communications and LinkAmerica.
