W. PAUL CARDELL
Paul Cardell graduated with honors from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Paul spent the next 20 years working in the consumer products industry in various sales and marketing positions and was successful in building relationships while working at the executive level with many of the world's largest retail companies. Paul joined CTDI in 2000 as CTDI's Sales Manager for our Wireline Repair and Logistics business, responsible for the overall management of CTDI's business relationships with all Telecom customers, independent telecommunications companies, and many key OEM customers. In 2003, Paul's attention shifted to our growing Wireless Division, through his appointment as the Director of Wireless Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. In this role, Paul's concentration focused on further developing strategies to build CTDI's business in the fast-growing wireless industry and to strengthen CTDI's existing customer relationships with wireless carriers and OEM's. In 2004, Paul was appointed Vice President, Wireless Division, where he took overall responsibility for the performance of CTDI's business with wireless customers and technologies. In this role, Paul's focus continued to build CTDI's customer relationships while also insuring the Wireless Division achieved its financial and profitability objectives. In August 2011, Paul was assigned to the newly created position of Vice President, Corporate Operations. In this role, Paul has overall responsibility for all of CTDI's divisional and branch operations in North America, ensuring they meet CTDI's corporate and strategic business objectives.
Paul supports his community by volunteering as a coach for youth sports programs and as an active volunteer at fundraising events for a number of charitable organizations. Paul is also a leadership contributor to the United Way of Chester County and a consistent volunteer for the United Way Days of Caring community works projects. Paul graduated from the Leadership Chester County class sponsored by the United Way of Chester County. This year long forum provides education and in-depth training to prepare its graduates for future Non-Profit Board membership. Since graduating in May of 2012, Paul has become active in working with the Arc of Chester County. He first joined the Community Relations and Development Committee, and has served as the Chair of this committee since May of 2013. He is an active volunteer and leader at all Arc community events, and has been a Board Member of the Arc since January of 2013.
