COURTNEY LOFGREN

Courtney Lofgren is CTDI’s Director of Culture & Communications and is a member of the senior leadership team at CTDI. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining the complete portfolio of CTDI’s philanthropic initiatives by working closely with CTDI’s Executive Leadership and the Parsons Family.

Under Courtney’s leadership, CTDI continues to be at the forefront of investing in CTDI’s workforce, as well as the communities in which CTDI operates. Together with the Parsons Family, Courtney develops and champions CTDI’s culture, communications and outreach initiatives and is the driving force behind CTDI’s employee engagement, recognition and company-wide celebrations. She continually weaves CTDI’s value-driven approach across a diverse set of stakeholders through volunteer and community partnerships such as CTDI’s annual United Way Campaign which raises over $250,000 annually for the United Way of Chester County. Additionally, working closely with Brian Parsons and his wife, Brigid, Courtney oversees CTDI CARES, a 501(c)(3) charitable giving program dedicated to CTDI’s more than 8,000 employees which provides financial support to those faced with serious illnesses.

Courtney began her career at CTDI in 1999 in Sales and Marketing and has a proven track record of delivering programs that protect, enhance and complement CTDI’s business strategy. In 2014, Courtney was promoted to her current role, where she continues to support and sustain CTDI’s rewarding culture and communications programs around the key core values established by the company’s founders.

Community & Charitable Leadership:

Courtney is a passionate community volunteer and tirelessly devotes time to several organizations in her local community. Most recently, Courtney joined the Board of Directors of Partners in Outreach, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing and connecting purpose driven partnerships to better serve communities in need.

Courtney has also been a member of the Board of Directors at her alma mater, Bishop Shanahan High School, since 2005, and currently serves as the Secretary of the Executive Committee. She has also worked on two Capital Campaign committees at Shanahan, is an inaugural member of the Endowment Fund Golf Committee and is past Chair of the Marketing and Enrollment Committee. Courtney graduated from the United Way’s Leadership Chester County board development program in 2004. As a proud mom, Courtney also volunteers as the Team Manager for her son’s travel soccer team.

Courtney holds a BS degree in Communications from Penn State University. She resides in West Goshen with her husband, Todd, son Matthew, daughter Addison and their labradoodle, Trixie.
